Ask a Hot Chick: The Loose Vagina

Me and my girlfriend have been together for awhile, but lately I’ve noticed her pussy is looser than usual. What recommendations do you have to get her tight again? Also, why do think she’s getting looser? Is she cheating on me?

A common misconception is that women who get around have “loose” vaginas. There are a number of reasons that a woman’s vagina can begin to feel larger or not as tight as it once did, but only one of the reasons has to do with sex. The three most common reasons for a loose feeling vagina are pregnancy, childbirth and aging. Other reasons include weight gain, lack of exercise and abdominal surgery. A vagina can “get bigger” when a woman has an abundant amount of sex for a long period of time with a partner who is well in endowed. A vagina is like a big muscle and with time has the ability to adapt to the size of its partner’s penis.
The looseness or tightness of the vagina is determined by the Kegel muscle. If someone works out and maintains their figure then their muscles feel tight and firm. If a person doesn’t work out then they begin to lose their muscle mass and their skin sort of hangs from the weight of the fat. This is exactly what happens with the Kegel muscles on women.
There are several things a woman can do to prevent the loosening of her vagina or make her vagina feel tighter. Here are some you can share with her:
Kegel Exercises

Simply tightening and relaxing the Kegel muscles can help strengthen them. My cousin does her Kegel exercises every time she sits at a stoplight and my friend does hers during commercial breaks when watching tv. It is recommended to do at least 150 contractions a day.
Holding a Quarter

Holding a quarter between the knees or between the butt cheeks helps to strengthen the Kegel muscles because a woman’s natural tendency is to tighten them when pushing the knees together or squeezing her butt cheeks together.
Thigh Master

The Thigh Master tightens up more than just the thighs! Naturally, when a woman squeezes her thighs together she is most likely tightening her Kegel muscles too.
Kegel Exerciser

Using a Kegel Exerciser like the one above is a great way to strengthen the muscles. It’s not always easy, but holding the device in and tightening the muscles for an elongated period of time can quickly build the muscles. Some women use their dildo instead of buying a Kegel exercising device.
Ben Wa Balls

These balls can be used at any time to discretely strengthen the Kegel muscles. Pop one (or two) in and go do your grocery shopping. The longer they are held in, the stronger the Kegel muscles will get.
Connected Ben Wa Balls

These small balls are weighted to strengthen the muscles. One ball is inserted in the vagina while the other ball hangs below. These balls are double the exercise because the Kegel muscles must not only hold the one ball in the vagina, but it also must support the weight of the second ball that hangs outside the vagina.
Yoga

Yoga is great for muscle building and certain positions can really help strengthen the Kegel, Pubococcygeal and other muscles of the pelvic diaphragm.
Vaginal Tightening Cream

If she is too lazy to work out, creams like St. Herb Lady Secret Serum are full of different herbs that claim to help her vagina feel tighter and look younger.
Vaginal Rejuvenation Surgery

If she has the money and is willing to go under the knife, vaginal rejuvenation surgery has proven to be very effective. It is a surgical procedure that removes the excess vaginal lining and tightens the surrounding soft tissues and muscles.
Sex

Some believe that sex can actually help tighten a woman’s vagina. This is believed from holding various positions and from the “clenching” of the vagina for pleasure during intercourse.
