Heritage/Ethnic Background: I’m considered a mutt, but mostly Slovenian and American Indian. I’d have to call my grandma to figure out which tribe though.

Claim to Fame: I auditioned for the Victoria’s Secret Runway show in Chicago and although I didn’t make the cut for the show, I made it on E! News.
Charity Work: Every month my mom and I get together a bunch of perishable items to drop off at the local food shelter. About every other month, we send a couple huge bags of clothes and other items to Purple Heart.

Jillian: What’s a fun fact about you?
Nicole: I am the biggest tom boy ever! I love wakeboarding, dirt biking (love 50cc bikes), surfing, snowboarding, getting dirty and playing in the mud.

Jillian: Do you have a favorite sports team?
Nicole: Chicago Blackhawks!

Jillian: Where is your favorite vacation spot?
Nicole: So far it’s been Cabo San Lucas. There’s so much to do and I love surfing.

Jillian: Do you have a drink of choice?
Nicole: Flavored water. Or did you mean alcoholic? That would be Raspberry Vodka with cranberry and sprite or an ice cold Bud Light draft. So refreshing!

Jillian: What’s your dream car?
Nicole: Audi TTS Coupe, such a sexy car.

Jillian: What do you think is your best physical feature?
Nicole: Probably my eyes.

Jillian: What is your biggest turn on?
Nicole: Sense of Humor.

Jillian: What is your favorite type of panty?
Nicole: Boy shorts.

Jillian: What is your favorite TV show?
Nicole: How about the entire DIY network? I love home renovation TV; I could fix up and upgrade any house for how often I watch that station. I like to think of myself as a handy-chick, fix it yourself before you have to ask a guy.

Jillian: What’s your favorite quote?
Nicole: “Once you’ve taken a few punches and realize you’re not made of glass, you don’t feel alive unless you’re pushing yourself as far as you can go.” It’s so true.

Jillian: What is your favorite song?
Nicole: Music is my sanctuary. I don’t have a favorite song, but I “Shazam” every song I love on the radio so I can listen to them over and over on my iPhone.

Jillian: What was/is your favorite job?
Nicole: My favorite job that I’ve had would definitely be bartending. You get to meet so many cool people, and over the last 5 years I have become a much more outgoing person. I used to be so shy and quiet in high school. I feel it has helped make me who I am.

Jillian: Describe your perfect Sunday…
Nicole: My perfect Sunday would consist of wakeboarding, dirt biking, or snowboarding all day (depending on the crazy Midwest weather), grill out for dinner with some beers, and a chill movie night to end the day.

Jillian: Pop Tart or Toaster Strudel?
Nicole: Toaster Strudel, specifically strawberry.

Jillian: Have you ever considered going blonde?
Nicole: The lightest I’ve been is a really light brown, highlighted with lots of dark blonde. I don’t think I could pull off the platinum look. Too severe, I’m more of a girl next door look.

Jillian: What do you put on your hot dog?
Nicole: Lots of onions.

Jillian: Can you name the Seven Dwarfs?
Nicole: Grumpy, Sneezy, Doc, Happy, oh and Dopey. That’s all I’ve got.

Jillian: If you were a Spice Girl, which one would you be?
Nicole: Ginger Spice

Nicole: Oh and add Sleepy to the list of the Dwarves. I think that’s only six though…

Jillian: Do you have a favorite Christmas song?
Nicole: “All I Want for Christmas is You” by Mariah Carey. I love it! If it comes on while I am driving I definitely blast it. Oh, and the entire Beach Boys Christmas CD. I grew up on it and can never get enough.

Jillian: What is one of your holiday traditions?
Nicole: Being lazy! I still wake-up early and wake my brothers up, but this year will be different since I don’t live with my parents. Mom and dad usually make animal shaped blueberry muffins and bacon before we open presents, chill out watching Christmas movies and go snowboarding.
